1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, browsing, registering, uploading content, or using Cinema Talkies, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. ELIGIBILITY

  • Users must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Minors may use the platform only under parental supervision.

  • By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and lawful.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials

  • All activities under their account

  • Providing true and updated information

Cinema Talkies reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate suspicious accounts

  • Request identity verification

  • Restrict access for security reasons

Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.

4. USE OF THE PLATFORM

Cinema Talkies grants users a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access content for personal viewing only.

Users must not:

  • Copy, record, download, reproduce, or redistribute content

  • Use screen-recording software

  • Reverse engineer or hack the platform

  • Upload harmful, illegal, or copyrighted material

  • Attempt to bypass DRM or security measures

  • Use bots, automation tools, or scraping software

Violation may result in account termination and legal action.

5. ANTI-PIRACY POLICY

All content is protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and international copyright laws.

Strictly prohibited activities include:

  • Screen recording

  • Torrent distribution

  • Public screening without license

  • Commercial usage

  • Unauthorized re-upload

Cinema Talkies may:

  • Permanently ban violators

  • Block IP addresses

  • Take civil and criminal legal action

  • Report violations to authorities

Piracy is a criminal offense.

6. CONTENT OWNERSHIP

All platform content including:

  • Movies

  • Short Films

  • Web Series

  • Logos

  • Artwork

  • Text

  • Software

Are owned by:

  • Cinema Talkies

  • Licensed creators

  • Production partners

Users receive viewing rights only, not ownership rights.

7. CREATOR & UPLOAD TERMS

For creators and partners:

By submitting content, you confirm:

  • You own full rights or valid distribution rights

  • Content does not infringe copyright or laws

  • You have required licenses for music, visuals, and assets

  • Information submitted is accurate

Cinema Talkies receives a non-exclusive license to:

  • Stream

  • Promote

  • Distribute

  • Monetize

Creators are fully responsible for legal disputes arising from their content.

8. REVENUE SHARING

Revenue sharing shall be governed by a separate written or digital agreement between Cinema Talkies and the Partner.

Cinema Talkies reserves the right to:

  • Verify revenue data

  • Withhold payment during disputes

  • Deduct platform fees (as agreed)

  • Suspend payments for policy violations

Payment timelines depend on mutually agreed terms.

9. PAYMENTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

  • Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways.

  • Cinema Talkies does not store full card details.

  • Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except in cases of billing errors.

  • Failure of payment may result in service suspension.

10. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We strive for uninterrupted service but do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability

  • Error-free performance

  • Compatibility with all devices

Cinema Talkies is not liable for:

  • Network issues

  • Device incompatibility

  • Server downtime

  • Force majeure events

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may use:

  • Payment processors

  • Cloud hosting

  • Analytics tools

  • CDN services

These services operate under independent policies.

12. TERMINATION

Cinema Talkies reserves the right to:

  • Remove content

  • Suspend accounts

  • Terminate partnerships

  • Restrict platform access

Without prior notice if violations occur.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

Users and creators agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cinema Talkies, its owners, employees, and partners from:

  • Legal claims

  • Copyright disputes

  • Financial losses

  • Damages

  • Regulatory penalties

Arising from misuse of the platform or uploaded content.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Cinema Talkies shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of revenue or data

  • Copyright disputes between creators

  • Unauthorized access by third parties

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

15. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in:

Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India

16. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

Cinema Talkies may modify these Terms at any time.

Continued usage means acceptance of updated Terms.
